Bad service

I paid my Telkom contract on the third day of November through Pep using the reference number on the statement. Then my service was suspended. I have been reaching out trying to fix the issue but I am not being assisted. Telkom Mobile is such a horrible service provider together with their agents. I HATE YOU TELKOM.
