Bad service

On 9/11/2020 I went to Lephalale Telkom to query regarding the outstanding amount messages received, the consultant said as per the system I am not owing them. She doesn't understand why they are sending messages while my account is up to date. She has requested the call center/ account department to call me, till today they never called and now they are deducting money of which does not make sense. Its now frustrating to deal with Telkom regarding the account issues.
