Bad service at telkom westgate mall

I am not happy about the customer service you provide. I went to westgate mall to upgrade on the 1st of March 2021. I was told the device (Huawei P40 pro) I wanted to upgrade to was out of stock and they will order from another store. Today its the 8th and I have not received feedback, I called the store several times the phone rings unanswered. Tried again and finally they picked up and this lady that picked up at 13:38 was of no assistance at all and very rude. She tells me she doesn't know what's going on with my upgrade and I must wait for the agent (Phakatnn) who was assisting on Monday that is not at work and apparently will be at work on Thursday. I was surprised, I have to wait for someone who is on leave or off to be assisted because they are apparently not on the same team. When I told her I'd rather cancel than wait for Thursday, she says ok, I was like aren't u going to take down my details or should I wait for thursday as well to cancel. She then says I have an attitude and put down the phone, I tried to call back twice and there was no answer. I'm very disappointed, I went to the store to upgrade because I wanted the phone immediately
