Bad service at Telkom Walmer park

Telkom Walmer Park is the worst. They never have stock when you want to upgrade.....I wasted a whole hour yesterday at the shop . They first told me they have everything and at the end they did not have the earphones that comes with p50pro. I then asked if I can pick them up at a later stage and she then told me, sorry, she cannot continue, coz the dont have the stock. I then advised her to cancel. she did not and it now shows I upgraded on my number, even though I have not received the phone?
