Bad service at Telkom Thavhani Mall

I received bad service at Telkom Thavhani Mall, from a consultant named Albert. we had a good relationship while i was making an application, once everything had been approved and order ready for collecting, he started making life difficult for me. even today , i haven't found my order.he comes with different stories everyday and always promise what he cant fulfill. at some point he said i should send someone to collect my order as i was busy, i sent my mom, when she got there he refused to give her my order without any valid reason, he is missing business with pleasure and it is very wrong.
