bad service at telkom store N1 CITY Ct

i app**** for adsl line in Feb - was told will be contacted - no one contacted me - i went to their store at N1 CITY mall- were i was getting different information all the time after 2 months was told order was cancelled- i paid R700 deposit- was told they will refund me- i went back following on refund- was told it takes 7 = 14 days i waited - i went after 14 days. was told it was escalated to the wrong department- i went there again after a week was told has been escalated to the right department now it will only takes 7 days up until nothing even the manager was not helpful at all- i need my R700 back - cause they cudnt provide me with the service - how can u take the money 1st were as the service is not available
