BAD Service at Telkom Store Forest Hill Mall

Such a bad service I received at Telkom shop Forest Hill. I have since went to update my contract and after waiting for like an hour I had to go and I was told it will be processed the next day and I will be called to come back and finalize it (imagine in this terrible time of pandemic and lock-down you still make people come to the shops). Anyway, the call never happened. Its almost a whole week now, and still counting the days. Not even an update call from them to say apologies we are still working on it, nothing. BAD , VERY BAD.
