Bad Service at Telkom Somerset West Mall

I bought a Modem last week for my business at Telkom in Somerset Mall - they gave me the incorrect modem and my secretary called to arrange to exchange it for the correct one. When my driver went in today they refused point blank to exchange it - this cost me R2 500 and I need my money back or my Modem exchanged immediately
