Bad service at Telkom shop and call centre and FINRITe

Fr I was ****** yesterday at 12 am my handset was ****** from that incident. I have a cellphone contact with Telkom and I phoned the call center to blacklist boy the handset and the sim card . I a long wait of about 40,minutes an call centre agent by the name of Baphele Xwayi answered and told me that she cannot blacklist both at the same time she can only blacklist the sim. Of which I found very odd I have a contract for heaven sake ain't they supposed to have the IMIE number?No still need to get home and call them again for them to block the handset. this very disgusting for a big company like Telkom to operate like a ****a shop. She couldn't even give me the ITC number I have to wait for two hours before. Of which she never did I had to call again after 3 hours to be told by Zama Hamad that Baphele never logged the ITC on my account and I have to wait for other hour. This is bull**** service
