Bad service at Telkom Sandton City

I received a very horrible service from Tshepo at Telkom Sandton City. As if that was not enough he gave me the wrong phone(which is not the model I had requested). Unfortunately, upon returning home, I discovered that he had given us the wrong model entirely. The following day Monday the 26th of August 2024 around 09:20 we(my sister and I) went to seek clarity and try to rectify the mistake. After an extended and unproductive exchange with the staff member(Tshepo), I found it necessary to address his inappropriate behavior. He became increasingly aggressive and rude, prompting me to inform him that such conduct towards a customer was unacceptable. His behavior, combined with the incorrect product, has left us extremely dissatisfied with the service provided at Telkom Sandton City. This error has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. Tshepo's attitude throughout our interaction was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and rude.
