BAD SERVICE AT TELKOM SA

On the 6th of April 2025. I ordered a data sim card at Telkom, after a few days I followed up but never received the sim card that time. I only received the sim card on the 3rd of July 2025. The sim was not activated after 4 days of receiving it, I called after 4 days to have it activated, I was then told it is going to take 24 to 48 hours. After 48 hours the sim card was still not activated. I waited and called again after 8 days (18th July 2025) I was told that within 24 hours my sim would be activated. I have been waiting and my sim is still not activated. I am sooo disappointed, I thought Telkom was better.
