Bad Service at Telkom Giyani

Went to a Telkom kiosk at Masingita Mall, Giyani Limpopo. I wanted to port my number from MTN to Telkom. After the completing the porting process, the lady that was assisting me requested a payment. But in my understanding porting is free in South Africa. I called customer services to enquire they insisted that it’s free to port. Even after the call he wanted a payment.
