Bad service at Telkom Gateway Store

Hi I went in to the branch this afternoon at around 15:40pm and there was 3 staff members waiting at the front to assist and no customers where inside of the store. One staff member approached me I explained to her I need assistance with 2 things 1 was my mobile data is being used up 2gbs all at once and I only use my contract mobile data for less than an hour a day because I have 2 wifi routers I carry around and I did show her so another staff member spoke to the staff member I was dealing with in Zulu and then he asked to see my phone then he says I have been using my mobile data and he was being very persistent when I showed him the wifi router is on he still was being persistent that I am at fault and then I asked the staff member if I can please go inside with my brother he needs assistance with his data and prepaid data and contract data the 3 staff members that was in the front spoke to each other in zulu and refused to let me in until I had to explain the reason I am going with my brother is that he has a disability in understanding and reading I had to explain that to them 2 times and I did get upset, when I finally went inside the store after 10 minutes the lady that assisted me was very rude she refused to show us how to use the prepaid system on the phone she was raising her voice every time I asked her to show us I even took the phone and asked her very nicely to assist and she didn't want to. I then asked her If I can take a wifi contract she told me so rudely do you earn R12 500 to take the 3rd contract with us when I said no then she said unfortunately she can't assist me. I walked out of the store and went to Cellucity and one of the staff members there helped us with all our queries yet we not a vodacom customer we are a telkom customer he still sorted everything out that we needed I currently have 2 contracts with Telkom since 2016 and I was not happy with the service I received today.
