Bad service at telkom canal walk

I took out a cellphone contract for sumsung A54 which included an additional R89 for watch 5. I was told that the watch 5 will take a couple of weeks to arrive and they will contact me when they have it in store. It's been 6 months and no word from the sales lady and every time I go to the stores no one is interested in helping me. I am very disappointed as the reason I took the phone was to get the watch and know I am stuck with the phone but no watch.
