Bad service at telkom

Bad service I've been trying to solve the double deduction they telkom is doing in my bank account with no luck to resolve it .paying for service that I canceled 2020 till 2021 April .almost a year nothing telkom did to resolved my complaint. I called telkom call centre nothing is happening. Went to their branch in kempton park festival mall many times nothing has been done. Shame on you telkom
