Bad service at telkom branches

The service i got from telkom branches is very bad i'am very disappointed i went to vaal mall branch to do a sim swap i was told to wait for 4 hours since the systems are offline ,when i went there after 4 hours i was told that i cant get help because they are out off sim cards imagine the time i waited there ,the following day i went to southgate mall i was told systems are offline as well its been 2 weeks now without a number i'am self employed i rely on that number for my business to run ,so that means i cant run my business just because of a lousy sim swap which is only done at the branch but when we get to the branch we don't even get the help we require ,i don't see my self doing business with them .
