Bad service at telkom Baywest!!!

I would never recommend anyone to go to telkom Baywest in Port Elizabeth... It's been over two weeks now that I've been waiting for telkom to help me with my cancelation of CONTRACT!!!that I've been trying to cancel over a year!!!! I went there 3 times, the last time they told me the manager is going to phone me I'm still waiting!!!! The service is horrible and the managers is always out!!!
