Bad Service at Telkom

I had a contract with Telkom which expired more than a year ago. Telkom os continuing to bill me even though they disconnected the simcards at the end of the contract. Now i am getting threats to pay an account for services thaf i did not even receive. I have told them. Sent emails with no luck
