Bad service at Telkom

Its been hard to get service from Telkom as their 081 180 number just repeat the same thing again and again and when trying land line pressings the options it keep on saying I didn't press , i end up reversing the debit order until they call me to resolve the problem then I pay them. this month they are now charging me extra saying rejected debit of R202 and R6 for late payment. now I need to cancel my contract i cant even know how to reach them .Their service is very bad and they keep on charging us without even calling to explain.
