Bad service at Telkom

I’m so disappointed with Telkom had an account with the company in 2018, finished paying them in November 2019 till now they are still deducting my account.i called them in January to cancel the account to my surprise it was not cancelled Everytime i call the call center they say the request was sent to the superior.
