Bad service at telkom.

I cancelled my contract 4 months ago and on saturday to my surprise they deduct money. When I got a call from client services they said it was never cancelled and when I went in today they said there is nothing they can do I should pay another month. I have been retrenched and that is why I cancelled it 4 months ago. The service was pathetic because this is their mistake to rectify and now it became my problem. Just a friendly warning be carefull when taking out contracts at telkom.
