Bad Service at Mamelodi Crossing Kiosk

I went to Telkom kiosk at Mamelodi Denlyn Crossing, a guy by the name of Tiisetso Mokgadi and team told me that they cannot assist with sim swap because the lady who used to assist with that no longer works there, so I must go instore. I found that shocking that Telkom only trained one service consultant to assist with that. Please do better and train your consultants to service clients thoroughly.
