Bad service at Canal Walk branch

I upgraded a contract for my girlfriend back in January for an S21+ with a deal to get a Tab A for free. When taking out the contract, I was promised the tab but they had no stock. After 3 returns to the store, they gave three different excuses. First they had no stock and had to order it from a different branch. Then they said that it's discontinued and did not have stock and we would have to wait until the bew tab launch. The agent who assisted us even gave us his number to contact him so that he can check up on it. Bare in mind that my girlfriend was actually a saleswoman at Telkom herself and is fully aware of the processes. I was reallt reluctant to come on here to write a review but unfortunately, even as patient as I am, I am fed up. The salesman's name is Morris and the store is in Canal Walk. We do not live very close to the mall and my work requires me to travel a lot. We made an arrangement for my girlfriend to pick up the tab and tbey are aware of it. Today, they barely wanted to help her. I'm just utterly appalled at the level of service from such a huge corporation.
