Bad service, arrogance and attitude

On the 20th Nov I went to Telkom store in alberton city mall for a mobile WiFi contract, I was helped by Eugene while helping me the sim card that he had scanned just dissappear on his desk then he told me he will do a SIM swap which will only work the following day and he promised to call me once it's activated but he didn't then I called the store but it went through to their call centre, the lady I spoke she sent an email to the store to active the sim card and to call me but no-one did . I called again on Wednesday I spoke with Mike who sent an email again to the store. I called again on Thursday I spoke with Mike again told me there's still no respond from the store so I went to the store where I was told that my order needs to be cancelled and recaptured by the back office they can't help me at the store. I spoke with Esther the assistant manager who didn't talk to me like a customer she talked to me like I was her child she was so arrogant I had to listen to her praising the very same guy whom put me on this mass to begin with she told me he went to Dubai because of his good work. She told me she can't tell when will this mass sorted out maybe 7 working days then she will call me on Friday which she did telling me to try it and see if it's working then she promised to call again after 2hours but never did its been 7days now sitting with the WiFi that doesn't work and no-one cares from telkom. I called their called centre using my money went to their store with my petrol spoke to the assistant manager who didn't give a damn about my complaint. All I wanted from telkom is a working WiFi that i can use that's all
