Bad service and wrong debit

I app**** for 2 devices (contract) online and specify the colour's of the device's (phones) that I want. The agent called to confirm and says that I have been approved for 2 iPhone 15, and I must submit the required documents (which I did) to my surprise only 1 phone delivered (after a while) , wrong colour. No one bothered to communicate with me that they don't have the colour I app**** for and also that the other phone declined. I called them to cancel the offer and collect their phone, the agent said it is canceled and they will collect the phone (also provided reference) this happened on the 18/02/2025 and phone was collected by the courier that month as we agreed . For the month of Feb no debit from them which is correct as offer was declined, out of the blue 31/03 they debit which is wrong. I called and emailed them many times but no way forward
