Bad service and very slow Lte speeds

I have been complaining about the Lte signal in the marina da gama muizenberg area. A few months ago Telkom installed an external aerial at my house to improve the speed When installed I got 40 mbps download. Now even though I get full signal strength from the towers the lte speed varies from 2mbps to 6 mbps this is far from the advertised speeds. I have logged a complaint on the 5th November and nobody even bothers to call or give feedback.
