BAD SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Bad experience with Telkom Mobile.They refuse to cancel my contract after the was no coverage for their router at my place.They instructed me to return the device of which I did.At this stage they are debit ing my Bank account as they please.Even after emails to try to stop them ,they just ignore me.
