BAD SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I went to apply for laptop contract on Sunday 24.01.2015 and a lady gave us a form to complete and took the required documents for the application then advised we will be contacted within 72hrs.<br> <br> Yesterday I called and spoke to Vasco who promised to contact me back because the application was not loaded on the system. This morning I called and I spoke to the same unprofessional Vasco who told me they now cant find the application. He then told me he will call me back again as he's currently busy with a another client.<br> <br> Vasco is so unprofessional and lacks customer service skills because he was supposed to know that my query was not honored since yesterday as he promised but instead he dropped the line on my ear. I regret asking for service from Useless TELKOM mobile who hire untrained consults who treats us like trash. Thanks for showing me that am making the worst decision by choosing TELKOM even before the application was processed.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Thankful customer for the bad service
