Bad service and unprofessional

For the past 6 days my cellphone is not working, no network, cannot make or receive any calls even not able to use internet. Visited Telkom store in Mall of Africa 3 times, call the contact centre spoken to diffent contact centre agents, supervisors still no solution and sent Manager emails, non of them was able to explain to me what is really transpired all of them suggested to do sim swop for what reason I do not know.
