Bad service and unhelpful with customers

I haven't had such bad service in my life ... since the 4th of January I have been struggling with Telkom. If it's not one thing it's the other. Getting connected is a disaster and everytime I phone the technical service department they can't help me because it's said that the fault is on my side... you as my service provider has to sort out the problem, or when you phone after 4pm nobly answers the phone and if they do they just say hi and then cut te call... 😡🤬Please I do not recommend Telkom.!!!!!!
