Bad service and they dont take care of their customers!!!

Their service is really bad, one of my lines keeps on being blocked and when i call to check why they send me to one consultant to the next. This has been happening for over 3 months now and we never get the reason why its blocked , they just open the line after a few days. I'm really not happy with the service and their consultants.
