Bad Service and terrible consultants

Terrible customer service I really need help with a cancellation of my contract been paying non stop for a data that i no longer receive.They initial agreement was i pay R135,but it jumped to different amounts every month.I have to despute the amount of R700 as they are failing to cancel it.They are consults don't help at all.
