Bad service and sub par products!

I took out a wireless contract with Telkom last year and with it I received a telephone. unit. I took the telephone unit back to Telkom in Kenilworth Centre a few months ago because it was faulty and still under warranty and it then worked for a while. Thereafter, they I took it back a second time then it worked for a while. This morning I took the unit back there and the person who assisted me was Henry. He then tested the unit and confirmed that the buttons are not working. Henry then said he will send it in for repairs but then said because it is outside of the warranty he cannot assist. I have been experiencing issues with this unit more than once and now I get a "I can't assist you because it is outside of the warranty." I mean I have been a Telkom subscriber for years and this substandard unit and service is ridiculous!
