bad service and *********** staff

Please note am really losing my patient with Telkom and its *********** staff. I've been on the call with Telkom consultants since Monday with no joy. Transferring me from pillar to post not assisting me but it's clear that the only time they assist you is when they still want your business once they get it, they don't care about their clients.
