Bad service and service provider

Over a week ago my telkom line went down and I contacted telkom to report the fault. I was given a reference number and was told that they would fix it as soon as possible. Well it still hasn't been fixed and all I get from telkom is that they are working on it. Nobody from telkom has even phoned me. What terrible service. What a bad service provider as well. They cannot fix a fault in a weeks time.
