Bad service and ****

Telkom is a ****, money was debited in my account without my authority in February 25 of Feb. I have sent all proof as per their request advising them that i don't have contract becos of bad service. Still receiving calls to pay the outstanding balance. I can't pay for a contract or a Wi-Fi I didn't apply for.
