Bad service and rude personnel

I was terribly disappointed in the rudeness of the personnel at Telkom store in Westgate this morning. This morning when we realised our Huawei B315 LTE device was not working we decided to take it in to this Telkom store. The lady by the name of Given did not even check our device properly. When we enquired about what will happen to the 5GB data we pay for every month while the device is in for repair she practically shouted at us and was unhelpful and rude to such an extent that my husband wanted to cancel the contract. We left the shop and went to Telkom direct store at Clearwater Mall instead. And I am please to say that the service was much better. Wil never ever do business at Telkom Westgate again.
