Bad service and rude

Hi

I recived a modem from Mondo on Telkom package for R135 and it was debited reg until i had a problem with my bank. Imissed 1 month but paid double the next. So it was up to date but now they trying to debit qll sorts of amounts ftom my bank account.

They dont assist and the lady at the kiosk was extremly rude at Nortmead Square when i queried this.

They have now blocked my service for past 2 months.
