Bad service and ripoff

I have a Telkom prepaid SIM card since last month so I have been buying data I spend more than R800 a month. I find that this is too much what is happening with Telkom ? Another thing what made me to buy prepaid is that I have a contract with them for WiFi, it has been suspended due to collection I have made deposit to their bank account but till today my account still suspended. I called their agents and emailed proof of payment but still.
