Bad service and repair ever Telkom

My line need to be fix every 2 months and I am very unhappy with it and I pay line rental so I want a new Router and your service, repairs are **** and have to wait 2 week for 1 technician to come out and hope they fix it properly so as a consumer I should get more back or reimbursed for my line rental.
