Bad service and professionalism

<p>I have booked my phone for repairs on 2nd of June and till today,no one has responded to emails and gave me an exact date when I can get my phone..but instead everybody I've interacted with,passes the buck and beats around the Bush. I have never experienced such bad service and unprofessionalism. </p>
