Bad service and poor service delivery to the consultants "Mbali"

i am on the call with a consultant and she realise that she cant help me then she put me onHold for like 17 minutes and hangup the phone i have proof of that :-( the consultant name is Mbali, she even uses her own language on the phone....how are we suppose to know her language?
