Bad Service and Poor feedback after making contact with Telkom (Meashendran Naidoo) requesting a statement and amendment of statement delivery.

My Mail below refers to dealings I have had with Telkom to date I still have received no response. and neither have I received my latest billing, despite me requesting the details to be amended to my postal address; having been changed from the said address to an email address without my permission.

to Meashendran Good Afternoon Meashendran On the 18 August 2017 I requested an amended statement in order to make payment on my account as the balance you advised on your system and the balance outstanding on Aug 2017 Statement does not correspond. To date no information has been forthcoming. I in the interim had made payment to the value of R400 for the month of Aug which refers to July billing and also did a reconciliation of my account. Whilst the August Statement reflects an overdue amount of R495.45 and current amount of R220.75 with a total Due of R716.20 I have noticed the following payments not allocated to my account. Payments totalling a credit of R1450 have not been allocated to my account. 03/04/2017 R370.00 not allocated to account 24/05/2017 R200.00 not allocated to account 26/07/2017 R480.00 not allocated to account 22/08/2017 R400.00 not allocated to account This would therefore render my account in a CREDIT balance of R734.09 with Telkom. Whilst I have been charged INTEREST on overdue balances for the months of April - August 2017 to the value of R31.68 which is incorrect as my account was in a credit balance for those periods. I have also noticed on my December Statement of account there is billing information for July reflecting on the account. Why is that? How is this information reflecting 5 months later? Makes one question is all other information correct or have I been billed for things that should not be there. Please investigate the above as a matter of urgency and advise accordingly as this is resulting in me losing interest in my account.
