Bad service and poor customer service

Bad service and they don't care about their customer at Telkom Maponya. I went there 3 times to do a sum swap and they where offline I asked on what they need response was just an ID. But today I just went and the lady just said proof of resident which I need have she simply walked away, then I went a cross to print a latest same lady just said we are closed she just locked the door at 14h59 from my watch. I've been with Telkom for almost 5 year and I must say their service is not improving at all
