Bad service and poor customer service

Bad service from Telkom for months.I go their branch in Tableview Bayside and the staff member misinforms me and when I call in to their customer service manager Patrick says to me its my fault I should have called in to begin with.All I want after this back and forth is to cancel my contract and give back their phone which they are refusing.
