Bad service and poor customer service

i was having a contract with telkom for package of R87.50 then the time im left with 4 months to finish my contract they amended my contract with my concern.so i was surprised with a debit order of R800 so i call them still they failed to help me then i went to the bank and reversed the transaction. i called again and asked the senior personnel or manager both they forever on a meeting or on a line. next month i was debited again and this time it was twice with differ ref number R450 and R350 still today they fail to resolved my issue. The Telkom branch also pathetic because when u go there they refer u to Call center which is horrible. Telkom is very bad
