Bad service and poor customer service.

Telkom and their agents are very unhelpful. I loaded 2x airtime on Monday the 21st but the money didn't clear, I called and they advised that they were having Technical issues. I have spoked to 5 agents already and they are all telling me different stories which clearly proves that they don't know what they are doing.

The last agent put me on hold and dropped a call after 13 minutes of hold. I then called back and asked another agent to request that agent to call me back with an update but no one has got back at me.

The way you guys treat your clients is very poor clearly you know nothing about customer service. Please credit my airtime R20 2x as I need to use it or issue a refund.

I want my airtime and stop avoiding clients. Very very very very dissappointed.
