BAD SERVICE and POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

App**** for adsl via their telephonic sales department, was helped before i could even change my mind. Only to find out the next week that they don't install landlines in my area. I wasn't even contacted by the technicians they cancelled my order on my behalf without my knowledge. why didn't you tell me in the 1st place that you don't do business in my area before letting me go through all the effort of buying a new phone as per your request. just a pity you don't have competition in SA. BAD SERVICE and POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
