Bad Service and over Charged

I am writing this out of frustration. I've been calling the call centre line never received any assistance.ive been begging for a manager to help me find the fault but instead he ask me nonsense questions his name was THANDANANI. I even told them am sure the reason why they not taking my case serious it's because am black.im tired of the poor service am receiving from TELKOM.this is my money that they keep on taking and messing my Credit Profile.i will make sure this escalates cause I've had enough of fighting because of my money.
