Bad service and nonsense systems

Bad service from Telkom. Your systems and your call center agents are nonsensical. I'm your existing client who has settled my contract with you with the goal of taking up another device. You do your credit checks and then send a face verification that is useless, it can't read my face. Twice I have tried it both on a tablet and laptop but still. I call your call center to ask for assistance your agent hangs up the call on me?is this how you treat your customers? Is Business too good for you that you don't want to retain customers? By the look of things you don't even get back to your customers who have lodged complaints!does this company have a complaints department or a CEO?
